Refund policy

At AIPAI, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving your order.

 

Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Sale items, accessories, and custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Return Process
Contact our customer care team at support@aipaistore.com within 5 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@aipaistore.com with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
