Q: What does it mean if an item is available for preorder?

Our pieces often sell out quickly, so preorders allow you to secure your item in advance. The expected shipping date will be listed in the product description.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship directly within the UAE through our website. If you’d like your order delivered internationally, please reach out to us at support@aipaistore.com or send us a DM on Instagram at aipai_official, and we’ll be happy to assist you with worldwide shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you accept returns?

Yes. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Q: What if my item is faulty?

In the rare case you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer care team at support@aipaistore.com and we’ll assist you right away.

Product Care

Q: How should I care for my AIPAI pieces?

Our fabrics are delicate and often embroidered, so we recommend gentle care:
• Dry clean or hand wash cold where possible
• Do not bleach
• Hang to dry
• Iron on low heat, on reverse side

Availability & Restocks

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our pieces are limited edition and will not return once sold out. Occasionally, we bring back customer favorites in new colors or variations. To stay updated, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram.

Q: Do you offer a gift service?
